Kristy D. Lanier

Kristy Lanier started racing in 1997, turning “pro” on the mountain bike circuit in 1998.  She is a category 2 road racer and has been Hawaii state champion on both the road and the trail.

Upon moving to the mainland, Kristy continued to race pro mountain bikes ranking in the top 25 in the Norba Series.  In 2006 Kristy focused on marathon mountain bike racing finishing in the top 5 in the nation.  She had the pleasure and pain of representing the United States at the World Marathon Championships in France in 2006.  What an amazingly hard but great mountain bike course! 

In 2007, Kristy returned to Xterra Triathlon racing.  The Xterra "ohana" or family embodies what riding and racing is all about.  They provide a fun event that encourages athletes of all levels to join in on the pain, fun and accomplishment of finishing a race.  Kristy has had the pleasure of enjoying top 10 finishes in the Xterra series and looks forward to another good season in 2009.

Lori Lee, Doctor of Natural Health
Certified Traditional Naturopath (CTN)

Dr. Lori Lee has served the public for over fourteen years through military, public, as a minister, and through naturopathic service. She and her husband, Dr. Tim Lee, founded  Blue Rose Holistics, LLC as an outlet to assist those interested in natural modalities move toward a more balanced lifestyle.

A public speaker, Reflexologist, teacher, and naturopath, Dr. Lee's formal education include Regent Bachelor of Arts, Doctor of Natural Health (High Honors) and certificates in Chakra Balancing and Ear Candling. She is certified through the American Naturopathic Certification Board and is a Usui Reiki Master. As part of her naturopathic training, Dr. Lee studied family and pediatric nutrition, mind/body/spirit balance, release techniques, herbology, meditation, and Ayurvedic healing practices.

Dr. Lori works with athletes of all abilities and ages and believes that nutritional maintenance is truly the key to peak performance as well as an injury free life! She utilizes Zyto technology in her clinic to look for nutritional deficiency patterns and constitutional weaknesses. She prefers whole food nutrition as a balancer and daily maintenance program.

She is a veteran of the West Virginia Air National Guard, a speaker with the West Virginia Speakers Bureau, and a joyful mother of two.
